Please note that online orders are preferred as they minimise errors but we understand that this is not always possible and sometimes you just need to talk to someone.
2. Terms of payment
Unless credit facilities are agreed in writing, the price is due in full prior to despatch via credit card online.
Where credit facilities are agreed in writing, the balance is owed 30 days from invoice date, and payment can be made by credit card online or via bank transfer. If bank transfer please email the payment remittance advice to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Freight, despatch & delivery
$12.99 for all order under $200 (ex GST) for wholesale customers and $220 (incl GST) for retail customers
Freight is free for orders valued above this threshold.
We make every attempt to despatch orders the same day for all orders received no later than 1pm. You will be notified by email once despatched along with your invoice and tracking information.
We use StarTrack Express Road and most shops can expect their orders between 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide this level of service for those customers in more remote regions of Australia, where slightly longer delivery times generally prevail. Our mission and commitment is to always dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible.
4. Price of goods
All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and exclusive of GST for wholesale customers, and inclusive of GST for retail customers. South Side Distribution reserves the right to change pricing at any point, but all non-despatched orders and/or quotes confirmed prior to the price increase will be sold at the agreed pricing.
5. Retention of title / risk & title
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery
Title to the good shall not pass to the customer until Southside Distribution receives payment in full
6. Non-deliveries, damages & shortages
We will not accept claims for non-deliveries, damages and/or shortages unless it is communicated to us as follows online via the resolution centre.
For non-deliveries - within 10 days of receipt
For damage in transit - within 3 days of receipt
For shortages - within 3 days of receipt
7. Returning goods
If you wish to return goods you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be lodged online via the dedicated returns form before despatching the goods back to us. You will be issued with a credit note if you are a credit account customer or we will issue a refund to your original payment form. You can view the status of your returned goods online.
If you wish to return a product under warranty, please lodge the warranty online via the dedicated warranty returns form. Once approved we will issue you with returns number. Please do not return products without being issued a returns number. You can view the status of your warranty online as we’ll update the status regularly.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that product descriptions, weights, dimensions or any other detail is correct, we are relying on information received from our suppliers.
10. Agreement and waiver
The customer accepts and agrees that any transactions and contracts between us and the customer are governed by these Terms and Conditions and all goods are supplied and accepted on this basis. Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms and Conditions is entirely at our discretion and must be detailed in writing to be effective.
