Parlee Taos
All-Day Fast. Ready for Adventure.
The Parlee Taos is a progressive carbon gravel bike designed for riders who want speed without sacrificing capability.
Purpose-built from the ground up for modern gravel riding, the Taos combines efficient power transfer and responsive acceleration with the stability, traction and control required when the terrain becomes rough, fast or unpredictable.
This isn't a road bike adapted for gravel.
With progressive geometry, clearance for tyres up to 50mm, suspension compatibility, internal storage and a lightweight carbon frame handmade in Portugal, the Taos represents Parlee's vision for the future of gravel.
Race it. Explore with it. Take the road you normally ride past.
The Taos is built to go further.
The Future of Gravel
Gravel bikes have traditionally involved compromise.
Race-focused bikes can be stiff and nervous when conditions deteriorate, while adventure-focused bikes can become heavy and sluggish when the pace increases.
The Taos is designed to bring those two worlds together.
Its lightweight monocoque carbon construction provides the stiffness and efficient power transfer required for fast riding, while the compact sloping front triangle and carefully engineered carbon layup help create a smoother, more controlled ride over rough terrain.
The result is a bike designed to be fast when you put the power down and composed when the trail fights back.
Progressive Gravel Geometry
Confidence at Speed
One look at the Taos makes it clear this isn't simply a conventional road geometry with wider tyres.
Parlee uses a longer reach and slacker head angle to create greater confidence and stability at speed. A lower bottom bracket helps keep the rider planted, while relatively short chainstays retain responsive handling and efficient power transfer.
The geometry is designed to provide traction and control through fast corners, rough descents and technical terrain without losing the lively character expected from a Parlee.
Importantly, Parlee doesn't simply scale one geometry across the range.
Each of the six frame sizes receives its own geometry and carbon layup, helping preserve the intended Taos ride characteristics across riders of different sizes.
Up to 50mm Tyre Clearance
Tyres fundamentally change what a gravel bike can do.
The Taos is optimised around 45mm tyres, with clearance for tyres up to 50mm, giving riders considerable freedom to configure the bike around their terrain and riding style.
Fit fast, lower-profile gravel tyres for racing and smoother roads.
Go wider and more aggressive when traction, comfort and control become the priority.
With the right tyre setup, the Taos can move seamlessly between fast gravel roads, rough tracks, broken tarmac and more technical terrain.
Suspension Ready
More Capability When You Want It
The Taos takes its versatility another step further with suspension-corrected geometry.
A compatible suspension fork can be fitted without fundamentally compromising the bike's intended geometry and handling, opening the Taos to rougher gravel and increasingly technical terrain.
Combined with its generous tyre clearance and stealth dropper-post routing, this gives riders the freedom to build anything from a lightweight gravel race bike to a highly capable off-road machine.
1x or 2x. Your Choice.
Not every gravel rider needs the same drivetrain.
The Taos accommodates both 1x and 2x drivetrain configurations, using a removable front derailleur mount to keep the frame clean when running a single chainring.
Choose a 1x drivetrain for simplicity, clearance and modern gravel racing.
Choose 2x when closely spaced ratios and a broader gearing range better suit your riding.
The Taos gives you the platform. How you build it is up to you.
Built for Big Days
Performance doesn't mean practicality has to disappear.
Parlee has incorporated internal downtube storage into the Taos, providing space for ride essentials without loading the outside of the bike.
You'll also find top-tube bag mounts, fender mounts and stealth dropper-post routing, making it possible to configure the Taos for everything from gravel racing to long-distance adventures.
It's a performance gravel bike designed with the reality of gravel riding in mind.
Made for You
Every Taos frame is produced individually in small batches before being built to order.
Once the correct frame size has been selected, Parlee can use the rider's measurements and intended riding style to help determine appropriate fit components.
From there, riders can choose their specification and finish or explore more extensive visual personalisation through Parlee PaintLab and the 3D Configurator.
It's a more considered approach to buying a premium gravel bike:
Your fit. Your specification. Your Parlee.
Who Is the Parlee Taos For?
