At South Side Distribution, we are committed to supporting our customers with a fair, transparent, and efficient returns process. If you believe a product is not suitable for its intended use under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our team via email as soon as practically possible. Where appropriate, we will aim to offer a resolution prior to initiating the formal returns procedure.
All return or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless confirmed to be faulty under consumer law.
Returns are free of charge if the request results in an exchange or the issue of a credit note for future purchases.
If a refund is requested, both the original shipping charge and the return postage will be deducted from the total refund value.
Complete the Returns Form provided.
Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) with a prepaid Australia Post shipping label (for Australian addresses only).
Please repackage the goods securely in a shipping box. Do not apply tape or labels directly to the product’s original packaging.
Attach the label to the shipping box and lodge the parcel at your local post office. Please ensure the item is scanned at lodgement for tracking purposes.
Once received and inspected, South Side Distribution will process the return within 48 hours:
If a refund is approved, you will receive confirmation via email and the amount will be returned via the original payment method.
If an exchange is requested, you will receive a new order confirmation followed by dispatch and tracking details.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service with signature on delivery. South Side Distribution cannot accept liability for returns lost in international transit.
If an item is returned outside the policy conditions, you will be notified via email. You may then:
Arrange collection from our Central Victoria warehouse, or
Request re-shipment to your business at a flat rate of $18.00 AUD.
Unclaimed goods will be held for 90 days. After this period, they will be donated to charity.
South Side Distribution reserves the right to reject returns where the policy is deemed to be misused or where excessive or repetitive return requests are submitted without valid cause.
For items that are faulty or not functioning as intended, please complete our Warranty Claim Form to initiate a separate assessment and resolution.
