South Side Distribution Returns Policy
If an item is considered unsuitable for its intended purpose for any reason as stipulated by Australian Consumer Law, or if you simply change your mind, you are entitled to return and/or exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Cost of Returns and Exchanges
Returns are complimentary on all purchases if an exchange is made or if you choose to receive a credit note for future use.
However, if you request a refund, please note that the return postage and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. An administrative fee of $20, inclusive of GST, will also be applied.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete our online Returns Form. Upon submission, our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with a pre-paid Australia Post shipping label (available for Australian residents only). Kindly affix the shipping label securely to your package and drop it off at your local post office. Our team will track your return, and once it is received, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
If you opted for a refund, it will be issued through your original payment method, and you will be notified via email. If you selected an exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation email and a subsequent dispatch notification.
Should your return not comply with our returns policy, we will inform you via email or phone. In such cases, we can return the product to you for a fee of $17.00. Please note that items will be held for a period of 90 days; after this period, they will be donated to charity.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect that our returns process is being abused or if there are unreasonable patterns of repetitive returns.
