BLKTEC Headset Top Cap – FSA 56 mm
 

The BLKTEC Headset Top Cap – FSA 56 mm is a purpose-designed replacement top cover engineered to simplify cockpit integration when fitting the BLKTEC R8 Carbon One-Piece Handlebar. Developed as a direct alternative to the stock FSA ACR or FSA SRS headset top covers, it enables clean, hassle-free installation without compromising headset function or aesthetics and is compatible with FSA ACR and FSA SRS headset systems only.

Manufactured using 3D-printed PA12, this top cap offers excellent dimensional accuracy, durability, and a refined finish, making it ideal for modern internally routed cockpit builds. It is specifically shaped to provide the correct cable routing clearance and interface required when upgrading to the BLKTEC R8 system.

System Conversion Note:
When installed, this BLKTEC top cap effectively converts an FSA ACR or FSA SRS headset system to a TOKEN Cablebox-style routing solution, allowing improved cable management and compatibility with BLKTEC and INNER cockpit components.

Spacer Compatibility Note:
TOKEN A-Box Speed Addict spacers can be ordered separately in 5 mm or 10 mm heights, allowing fine adjustment of cockpit stack height when using this top cap.

Workshop Note:
When fitting this BLKTEC top cover, the rubber seal from the original FSA ACR or SRS top cover can be removed and transferred to the BLKTEC top cover to maintain proper sealing and headset protection.

This BLKTEC headset top cap is supplied as standard with all TIME Bicycles framesets (with cockpits) and all TIME complete builds.
