The Ciclovation Advanced SEITEX Ballistic Bar Tape – Nets is a high-performance handlebar tape engineered around three priorities: grip, shock absorption and dependable all-condition performance.

At the heart of the BALLISTIC series is Ciclovation's latest performance-focused PU compound, finished with a smooth satin-like surface that allows your hands to move easily between riding positions. Apply pressure and the surface responds with increased grip, creating a secure connection to the handlebars when climbing, sprinting, descending or riding in challenging conditions.

The distinctive Nets graphic pattern adds a technical visual finish, giving riders the opportunity to add personality to their cockpit without compromising performance.

SEITEX Ballistic Performance

Ciclovation developed the BALLISTIC series for riders who expect their bar tape to perform across changing conditions.

Its advanced PU surface balances freedom of movement with dependable grip. Hands can transition naturally between the tops, hoods and drops, while increased holding pressure provides the traction needed when effort and intensity rise.

The result is a bar tape equally suited to road racing, fast training, gravel riding and long-distance cycling.

Progressive Shock Absorption

Underneath the SEITEX surface is a multi-layer laminated foam construction with varying densities.

Rather than relying on a single layer of cushioning, the structure provides progressive shock absorption and vibration damping, helping reduce the road buzz transferred through the handlebars and into the rider's hands.

At 3mm thick, the Ballistic tape provides meaningful cushioning without creating an excessively bulky cockpit.

For long rides, rough roads and gravel surfaces, that additional vibration control can make a noticeable difference to hand comfort and fatigue.

Secure Installation. Clean Removal.

Ciclovation uses a highly elastic, lightweight organic adhesive designed to hold the tape securely while allowing easier installation and adjustment.

Importantly for riders and professional workshops, the adhesive is designed to remove without leaving unwanted residue on the handlebars, making future tape replacement considerably cleaner.

The kit is completed with Ciclovation's reusable VORTEX expanding lock-in bar plugs and highly elastic finishing tape engineered to resist deformation, degradation and softening across extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Graphic Wear Notice

The Nets graphic is applied to the surface of the bar tape. As with other printed performance bar tapes, the graphic may gradually fade or wear in areas subject to regular hand contact.

This cosmetic wear does not affect the grip, durability or performance of the tape. Fading or wear of surface graphics is not covered under warranty.

• What bar-end plugs are included?The tape includes Ciclovation's VORTEX reusable expanding lock-in bar plugs, which mechanically secure into the end of the handlebar to help prevent the plugs from working loose.
• Will the Nets graphic wear over time?
  It can. The graphic is applied to the surface and may gradually fade or wear in areas exposed to repeated hand contact. This is cosmetic and does not affect the tape's grip, durability or performance.
